Laurent Loisel

Laurent is an experienced Finance Executive Leader with over 20 years of experience in
leading-edge companies, across a diverse range of industries including Medical Device,
Consumer Goods, and Audit. As an executive and international Leader, he possesses a
strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, worked on global expansion, restructuring,
merger, and acquisition strategies, integration and contribute to successfully launched
two new franchises from scratch to $200M.

Laurent is graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris in Technology.
