About Lior Litwak
Lior Litwak, Managing Partner and Head of Glilot+, the early growth fund of Glilot Capital Partners, brings significant and diverse experience in tech, finance and venture following a career spanning nearly 20 years.
Lior is a graduate of Talpiot, the IDF’s elite academic leadership program, after which he joined Unit 81, the Intelligence Corps Special Operations Technology Division. He worked on several of the unit’s top cyber projects, which helped to deliver critical government-level strategic intelligence.
In 2011 Lior joined EMC’s Israel Center of Excellence and helped found the Flash Products Division. Following his studies at Harvard Business School, Lior joined Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking Group in its Menlo Park, CA headquarters, later moving to the group’s London office. While at Morgan Stanley, Lior worked closely with late-stage startups and large tech corporations on various financing and M&A deals, including Marketo’s $1.8Bn sale to Vista Equity Partners, Symantec’s $5.5Bn debt offering and Delivery Hero’s $5Bn IPO.
Prior to joining Glilot, Lior served as a Partner at M12, Microsoft’s venture fund, where he covered the Israeli and German markets and invested in over 20 companies (including in the US and UK). Lior’s diverse investment experience includes startups across early growth stages (Series A to C) and across industries such as Cyber, DevOps, Insurtech, Govtech and others.
Lior holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. He also holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics (Magna Cum Laude) from the Talpiot Program at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
