Anoop Tripathi

Anoop Tripathi is Vice President of Engineering and Cloud at Automation Anywhere; where he simultaneously leads three teams. As well as guiding his product development team to add AI & ML to the platform, he also leads both the cloud security and the cloud operations team. Anoop has a successful track record of delivering high stakes Cloud transformations, challenging the status quo, anticipating customer & market needs, disrupting existing players, and delivering in highly resource and budget-constrained environments. He has numerous patents filed including 24 patents awarded.

His last position was Senior Director of Engineering at Citrix. In charge of product development of Cloud Access Control, he overlooked the progression of VPN, proxies, Secure Web Gateway, Identity and Access management, and CASB products. He further led a team of 140+ engineers in Santa Clara, Greece and Bangalore, to build a multi-cloud, multi-geo, web scale, cloud platform that aimed to transform an on-premise product to a cloud solution. There, he launched Citrix’s first solution – Citrix Workspace Suite.

His career began at the Centre for Development of Telematics in India, after which he joined Netgear and 3COM as Director of Engineering.  He also worked as Director Product Management and Principal Architect for Solutions.

Anoop holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India, and a Masters in Engineering Management from North-western University, Chicago.
